Welcome to the Colony Studios & Apartments, where a unique style of living meets affordability. Colony Studios & Apartments is comprised of fully renovated dorm style studio floor plans with duo shared bathrooms, with a shower/bathtub area and renovated fully equipped quad kitchens, shared with four residences. Each renovated studio floor plan offers luxury vinyl plank flooring, carpeting, updated light fixtures, 4.5 CF stainless look refrigerator/freezer, mirrored closet doors and a private sink/vanity area with cabinet storage. The newly renovated shared quad kitchen areas include new lighting, flooring, countertops, cabinetry, refrigerator, microwave and range.
 
You can choose to relax in your apartment home or enjoy the newly renovated outdoor amenities, inclusive of a wonderful large pool with sundeck, BBQ picnic area and an outdoor fire pit lounge area with seating. I have lived here for three years now, I have read some other reviews but some are not talking about this complex, the pool has been open every year that I have been here, the new management we have is really good, kind, friendly, helpful. They want to do what they can to help us residents happy. It's quiet, close to store as well down town. There are a great place for a single person to live. If you have a pet dog or cat, they are real respectful of your pet. Easy to make friends here, as well get to know others. Some comments I have seen are not about this place, I have not seen or heard any of the problems here these people are saying, so becareful when reading negative reviews. If your looking for a nice quit place to live come take a look and see for yourself. Trust me you will be happy.

I feel like little Red Riding Hood. Previous places were either too large or too small. Here it is just right. Also I wanted a place where I felt like management wanted me. They made me feel right at home.
